How do I book an appointment?
Bay Breeze is by appointment only. You can easily book online or get in touch via call or text on 0431 733 322.
Is there parking available?
Yes! Off-street parking is available for all clients.
Do you accept walk-ins?
No, we operate strictly by appointment to ensure each client receives personalised, one-on-one service.
How early should I arrive for my appointment?
Arriving a couple of minutes early is perfect. If you’re running late, please call or text the salon. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule to avoid impacting the next appointment.
What’s the rescheduling or cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. Life happens, so if something comes up, just let us know as early as possible. Please avoid attending your appointment if you’re feeling unwell.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, and direct deposit.
Can I bring photos of the look I want?
Absolutely – we love seeing your inspiration! Photos are a great way to help us understand your vision.
Should I wash my hair before my appointment?
No need to wash your hair beforehand – it will be taken care of as part of your colour service. Freshly washed scalps can sometimes be more sensitive. During your consultation, we’ll chat about what works best and whether to cut first or after your wash.
What products do you use?
We proudly use and stock Microtexx, an Australian-made, organic haircare range that supports healthy hair and scalp care.
